For the past fifteen years, Mary, Sue and Clare have provided career development and human resources management in a variety of public, private and community sector organisations including Cargill, Bristol-Myers Squibb, CIG, Pivot, Stegbar, Laminex Industries, ACI International, IBM, NAB, Australia Post, Telstra, Toyota, Department of Justice, Department of Education, Department of Human Services, Department of Sustainability & Environment, AFL Player's Association, Cancer Council of Victoria, Holmesglen College, Boral, Work Safe, Annecto, YSAS, Bionic Ear Institute and Melbourne University.
In addition to business, management and leadership studies, our consultants hold qualifications specific to Career Education and Development, and are professional members of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors.
They also hold Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, and are accredited to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Newly Revised STRONG inventory and an extensive range of career development tools and resources.
